Hunter S. Thompson [ writer,activist ]

The father of Gonzo journalism and the writer of many famous movies ("Where the Buffalo Roams", "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas") and political activist, Hunter Stockton Thompson, made an impression on the world itself through his words and his proverbial teachings.
This ballsy writer was even crazy enough to tour with the Hells Angels and gave the world an expose which almost cost him his life. The truth from Hunter's perspective was written as he had seen it.
Hunter S. Thompson died from a self inflicted gunshot wound at his farm in Woody Creek, Colorado at 5:42pm on February 20th, 2005. His good friend Johnny Depp made sure Hunter S. Thompson's wishes came true and shot Hunter's ashes from a cannon designed by Hunter S. Thompson himself.
